??? Need some input on a BB lift

Hey guys,
I just helped my cousin put a RE BB (2.75") on a '97 TJ. After we were all done and everything was back together I noticed the Jeep rearend was sitting higher than the front. I put the measuring tape to it, and it is a full 2" taller in the rear. what the heck could cause this? Not sure if it makes any diff, but we did take the rear sway bar off. Anyone else ran into this issue? If so, what did you do to fix it?

Sounds like you put the springs in the wrong place; front/rear.

I'm stumped.....RE 2.75" BB?, never heard of it? Mine is a 2". Did you remove the spring isolaters at the top of the springs? They are supposed to stay, but that would only account for an inch at the most....?

Hell it may be 2". It came off my Jeep a while back. I'm not real sure what size it is. Yes the isolators were removed.

just for the info, the front spings are about 4.5" taller than the rear

as far as it being 4" taller, where do u measure off? perhaps the fronts are really sagging?

Also a lot skinnier then the rear springs. I think a blind person could figure out which is front or back.

When I had my BB, my front was 1.75 lower in the front with the winch. Added a 1" spacer, changed to rubi coils in front and it leveled it off.
