Need wildlife removal services! (strange noise)

So apperantly a lil bird has taken up residence somewhere under my hood....and idling ticks him off cause he chirps up a storm when I'm sitting still. Don't hear it while I'm driving, and if i raise the rmps even just a little while sitting still, it'll chirp faster for half a sec then disappear. Also, doesn't always chirp..like for instance whenever i ask someone to listen to it.... Any ideas?

Sounds like a squeaky pulley...
