need winch mounting plate for Rampage dbl tube w/hoop bumper

Hi all... i need a winch mounting plate that will work with a Rampage doubletube with hoop bumper. Bumper part number is 8420, and i have a 2001 tj. I really dont want to cut the bumper. is there a mounting plate that will fit AND keep the fairhead above the tube? Here is an ad for the bumper so you can see what it looks like.

To keep the fairlead above the tube of your bumper... you will need a raised winch plate like this Smittybilt I have.... I needed it because I built my bumpers and fairlead would have interferred.

tks for the reply.... i have looked at these raised plates, but i cant find the specs on exactly how much they are raised. can you give me the dimension from the top of the bumper mounting foot to the top of the winch mounting plate? If i have that dimension, i can measure to find out where my fairhead will be. thanks

The fair lead sits 1" up top of my bumper. This would be 1" higher than the framerail or 1" from the top of your bumper mounting

I have the same bumper

Did you try the raised mount? If so, did it work?
