Need your opinions

I have a stock TJ unlimited,

a buddy at work has a 2" pro comp spring lift, with MT6 shocks, and 5 32" BFGoodrich mounted on stock rims. He has had the lift for 5 months, and driven it about 6,000 miles.
Now he wants to upgrade to 4" long arm lift, and 35" tires. so he wants to sell me the lift, shocks and tires for $ he'll help me install it.
But he also wants my stock tires, and springs to use until he is able to buy his longarm lift and 35's.

Is this a good deal or should I just hold out for something better?

Sounds like a good deal to me. The Lift is about 300 (without the MX-6 shocks, the other shocks it comes with aren't as nice I think). The tires would be about 750 brand new and if you paid for an install it would cost even more. I live in Houston. If you decide you don't want the lift let me know I'd be glad to take it off your friends hands for 200 or so.
