another rig to go with you. recovery points. depending on where and what type of off roading. easy trail runs don't require near what you would want to bring on the Rubicon. It's best to find someone with experiance and a very capable rig to go with you. It's very easy to get hung up or break. so what type of wheeling you plan on doing, and what type of recovery gear do you have? tools? spare parts?

Wheeling with another 4x4 and a buddy is a good idea, but not always an option. I like to have recovery points (tow hooks front and back), tow strap(s), plenty of gas and a camera in case you hit some sweet spots for pics.

What type of off-roading do you plan on doing? Here in AZ, there are a ton of trails that are deep in the desert, mountains, etc... if you break down or get stuck and you're alone then you're screwed. Do you plan on doing a lot of excursions deep in the wilderness, rock crawling type stuff, general off roading?

Dude you got all that gear on your Jeep and you're in Jersey? Where are the off roading trails out there, Poconos and Catskills? I'm from North Jersey, too. Morristown.

Is that Chevy's restaurant on Route 10 over by Kohls on the border of Morris Plains and Parsippany still open? The one here in Phoenix went out of business. I was pissed

Why a winch rear bumper???
As long as you have some tow points front & rear, tow strap (w/ Loops, no hooks) and go wheeling with someone you should be fine.

If neeeded you can also use a Come-A-Long hand winch as a recovery option or a Hi-Lift jack can also be used as one if stuck on your own.

If not already oil pan skid or engine skid to protect.

Sillykid, you can wheel a stocker..... Only things you need are a buddy with a 4x4 and tow hooks and a strap... And some common sense!
