Needing help and opinions on tires an lift

Hey guys im workin on a poor mans budget. Im looking to do a small body lift and slap sum bigger tires on. I got a 03 wrangler se. Im wanting 32's with a 2 inch body lift. But looking at 31's due to money restraints. Should I go 2 inch or maybe just 1 or 1.5. I want it really to look kinda beefy so to speak. Kinda give it sum attitude. How would the 31's look? Good or kinda not any change. New to all this stuff but learning and love my jeep. Any suggestins or help would be awesome!

I'm in the same boat with the funds. My plan is too pick up a set of 1.5" coil spacers and throw on some 31's. Ive searched around the web and can get the spacers for around $80 bucks or so. Cheap and looks good.

I hear that. Lol. I was,lookin at the spacers also. All these mods,to do and so little money.hahagotta love jeeps though. Theyre a blast

$60 bucks + shipping for all four, use your shocks for the time being and some 32's, it'll look sweet. This is probably the route I'm gonna go with. Plus it's easy to install.

(Now ill just wait for the people with the $5k budget to chime in how I'm wasting my money)

I'm thinking of a similar lift with 1.5 or 2 inch coil spacers. Basically I want to go with 31s. Would tose of us going that route need to do something with the track bars to keep the axles centered?

I installed a 2" bb on a buddy's jeep a few years back and did nothing with the track bars and never had problems. He also ran soft 8s that had the correct backspace

From what I understand, the rear axle will shift towards the left side, the front towards the right. Maybe with a mild lift like this it is negligible?

I'm going to stick with my stock Canyons, so I'm prepared to add a washer or two to each stop. My concern is with axle centering and also with driveline noise. i'm hoping a mild lift like this won't have these issues.

But did it look right from the front and rear? Could you see the axle not being centered?

I just picked up a set of 31" Toyo Open Country AT2 Extremes. Hoping to have them on the Jeep by Wed, but they've had crazy good reviews, and in my opinion they're one of the most badass looking AT tires out there. I paid $220 a tire.

Nope, budget boost. It's a spacer lift that is used with the factory suspension

My opinion, go 1.25" bl with 1" mml with 31's. In my opinion, 2" bl isn't a good idea. I have never heard anything exceptional about them and it can creat problems with shifting, and honestly I don't think it looks very good (but don't let that stop you, it's your jeep). Then once you save up some more money, get a 2.5-3" lift and put 33's on. That way you stage the build and don't break the bank all at once. But make sure you get wheels with good enough back spacing (like 4.25-3.75") if you're eventually gonna upgrade to larger and wider tires. Pics of my jeep on my profile are 33's with a 2.5" OME lift. I've got the 1.25" bl just haven't put it on yet
