Nice jeep. Your options appear pretty clear. Stick with the larger tires and upgrade your axle ratio or sell your current tires and go back to a 30 inch tire or smaller. Looks like the cost is close with the axle swap a little more expensive.

2013 Commando Green Unlimited Rubicon with Warn winch, Tnt Midwith front bumper and TnT adventure rear bumper, 4" OME lift Tnt short arm kit, full skids, front axle truss etc..., Rock Sliders with boat side, F&R curry anti rocks, Rigid2 lights, teraflex tire carrier, kool wheels and 35"KO2's. and other stuff

You definitely got a flatland Jeep. I have yet to check to see what my wife's axle ratio is, but it seemed to do OK in 6th when the 32s were on (got a second set of wheels and put stock size tires on for the non-white season).

I don't know of any shops in Denver other than Bear Frame and Axle that could do a gear swap. Maybe Drive Train Industries in Aurora. If you do decide to change the gearing, may as well get a set of lockers while you are at it. Don't want to have to do it twice - go big or go home.

Me - STAY AWAY FROM BIG-O on Arapahoe & (east of Peoria). Not real bright over there.

Do the gearing brotha! It's like $1200 for parts and labor and you'll be happy. To get good clearance with them tires I'd do a 3.25"-4" Lift. I did the 3.25" and they'll clear 32's no prob.
