New bumper and winch installed - look right?

I installed my new bumper and winch but had a question about the winch alignment. Seems like whatever set of holes I used the winch wasn't centered. Now there is a plate missing in the pics that I don't have installed yet. It fits in the opening under the fairlead to narrow the opening. This set up right?

I would want the drum of the winch centered with the fairlead for sure.

if i move it to the other set of holes its off center in the other direction. as meniotned in my first post there is a plate that i don't have installed that narrows the hole on the driver side and the it makes the driver side line up pretty even. it's the passenger side that looks like its slightly too far that direction.

That plate on the JCR bumper is reversible. So flip it to whichever side lines up better with the drum on your winch. When in doubt call JCR directly. Their customer service is top notch and they have installed a ton of these smittybilt winches.

the plate isn't on there yet so it can't be flipped. the issue is that the passenger side is already too far toward the passenger side. the plate can't fix that. the only hope is to take the bumper off and bolt the winch to the other set of holes more towards the driver side but I suspect it will just pull the winch too far to that side.

and i did call jcr and got nowhere really. they produce a good bumper but there customer service has been less than stellar. it started with both bumpers coming packaged with the wrong hardware. both of them. instructions listed one set of hardware, hardware packs listed a different set and what was in there matched neither for front and rear. i had to go to a hardware store and buy the missing items.
