New Bumper for my 99 TJ

Im looking to buy a new front bumper for my 99 TJ Sport. What do you guys think of this one:
Smittybilt 76721 - Smittybilt Front SRC Bumper in Textured Black for 87-06 Jeep® Wrangler YJ, TJ & Unlimited - Quadratec
Im looking for a solid entry level bumper $200-$400 price range that I can add on lights, a winch, etc when I want to. If this isnt a good bumper for me, what would you suggest?
I would love to have a bumper like this eventually...

Any and all suggestions would help. I am very new to this Jeep thing, ha.

Not a big fan of the tube bumpers. They don't serve much protection if you like that bumper for the jk below the src picture. Look up the smittybuilt XRC winch bumper. Thats the one I have. It looks SICK with the 6" xenon flat fenders. I also mod it some and put my fog lights next to the fairlead in the winch well instead of on top.

I'd stay away from smittybilt anything. I have had one too many bad experiences with some of their products. If you're looking for a good entry bumper go with the Warn rock crawler bumper. Warn 61853 - WARN Rock Crawler Front Bumper for 97-06 Jeep® Wrangler TJ & Unlimited - Quadratec . It looks really good with a winch and the winch grille guard as well Warn 61855 - WARN Grille Guard for 97-06 Jeep® Wrangler TJ & Unlimited - Quadratec
I am running this setup on my Jeep currently.

I bought a locking glove box from them that fit horribly. I had to make it fit. Not to mention in their own box the parts were scattered everywhere and the mounting frame was a little bent. The UPS box it was in was perfectly fine so it was their packaging. My dad bought a Jeep cover from them for his JK. It didn't fit we sent it back. They sent another one. Didn't fit and they kept telling us they were sending the correct one for the JK. Went through that once more and finally just said forget it. I've heard some complain on here too of their products. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for and it shows in their products and service. I know some others have had good experiences with Smittybilt but I'll never deal with them again.

For about $350 delivered you can have an aluminum masterpiece that can be outfitted with a fairlead mount, hooks and light tabs. This one will take all you can dish out and looks good to boot!
