Arrow New bumper installed

just got my front and rear bumpers from lod today, it only took a month but they are finally here. i installed the front with just one issue. one of the bolt holes does not lineup.

here is the jeep without the front bumper

here is it installed

and here is the shot at the hole that does not lineup. its the bottom one on the drivers side. what should i do? send it back? i dont feel like waiting another month and dealing with their lack of customer support.

looks good! you can get a good set of d-rings if you have a fastenal near you. i think they are $7 a piece. nice head lights as well. how are those working for you? do you prefer them over your stock lights?

Borrow someones drill press and you should be good to go, its much better that sending it back.

Or you could just use a whole mess of duct tape.

i have d-rings at work, and yes the headlights are a hell of a lot better than stock, make sure that if you go with the xenon bulbs make sure you get the hyper white, the regular xenon bulbs are not that bright but still better than stock

i have a drill press at work, i was kinda thinking to strip some of the powdercoat around the edges and weld all around the tab and bolt hole.

i broke my digital camera so i was only able to use my cellphone camera. ill try to get some better pics.

Is it possible to have d-rings too big for the mounting tabs? a friend told me that if it is too wide it will put too much pressure on the tabs.
