Love these fenders, any more blems available? What size would you recommend for a 04 Rubicon running 35's and six inch lift?

Bumping this thread to see if anyone has ordered/heard from MCE lately? Ordered a set of 3" Gen II's a couple of weeks ago (12/12) and aside from the automated confirmation, I haven't heard a thing from them. Kind of surprised me considering all of the good things I've read about their customer service. I'll call them after New Year's if they don't show up by then, but I figured I'd ask here in case anyone knows something (like if they're closed for the holidays, waiting on another batch, etc)?

Thanks and Happy New Year!

Yeah, man! I can't wait to start choppin parts off my Jeep and get these things on!!! "Santa" got 'em for me and they're sitting in the house waiting for a couple of nice days to string together since I have no garage or car port...I'm all outside.

Thanks Jerry! My tj still needs a lot of work. Need to make it a more comfortable of a drive for when I transfer to San Diego and have to drive to imperial to visit my wife. The winds on 8 will kill me.

The fenders it was simple. In no way I'm mechanically inclined. But I managed to install with the help of a friend. I did most of the work. It was fairly simple.

Does anyone have a source for the JK-style parking lights (these) or even an alternative that they can recommend? I have an order in at Quadratec for them, but they are back-ordered for who knows how long and I'd really like to get going on this project this weekend. I know they aren't critical, but my Jeep is my DD right now so I don't want to go without them for too long. Thanks!!

Try Rockauto.com They have every replacement part imaginable. And I'm pretty sure I've actually found those lights on there. The way their website is setup, I can't post a link to something specific, but it shouldn't be hard to find.

Also Rock Auto is generally the cheapest by far for any OEM replacement part. I always check it first for stuff like that. I got a fuel pump from there for about $100 less than anywhere else, including AutoZone, Napa etc.

So I just found it on Rock Auto... if you go to Jeep=> 2007 => Wrangler => 3.8 => Body-Exterior => Turn Signal Lamp Assembly OR Parking Lamp Assembly, you should find it.

Does anyone know if the little led you order from Mce can be both turn signals and running lights or just one or the other? And how hard are they to wire up?

They can be both, I have them doing both. They are kind of a pain to wire up though, here's the writeup: 2 wire LEDs to 3 wire conversion (write up) - JeepForum.com

Mike from MCE recommended that writeup to do it, and it was easy following it. It can just be time consuming.

To waterproof that circuit board I coated it in hot glue and put heat shrink wire wrap on it and they work perfectly.

The problem I have with them is that they are tiny, so people never see my turn signals which can be dangerous. And I only passed inspection with them because I know my mechanic, and he said he'd just look the other way on them. They look good though. ha

Mine are the same LEDs. When I got mine I was able to get them already pre-wired up and ready to go. I also got the ones for the grill from Mike too.
