Do you guys still sell the fenders without a flare like the one Jerry installed at the beginning of this thread?

Can I go straight to the shop and buy them or do I have to order and wait/pay for shipping?

Once you notch out the hole so that the JK front signals rotate 15-20% into the correct pisition, what holds them in place?

Nothing. If you notch the turn signals just right they will hold by friction. I added a little RTV to seal mine and keep them from moving too much and help keep tight.

They are very securely held in by the ribs on the enclosure. You also cut a very narrow notch into the very front of each of the three ribs on the JK turn signal enclosure. That skinny sheet-metal width notch cut into the very front of all three enclosure rips is what allows the enclosure to be rotated once inserted all the way to lock them in place.

Here's a pic I just found of cutting the notch into those three ribs on the JK turnsignal enclosure. The second photo shows cutting the corresponding notches in the opening. That notch in the JK enclosure is the key that allows it to be rotated slightly to lock it into place.

Clock the notches in the sheet metal 10-20 degrees so the JK enclosure can be locked in with its lens pattern straight up and down.
