new front coil install

The old ones are sagging a lot and I got some new skyjacker coils. Is there anything I should know before installing them. The process seems really simple but I haven't done it before. The new ones have 1" more lift than the old to compensate for the winch.

When you add the new springs your steering will be off and you will need an alignment. Just make sure you support the Jeep good, before removing the front wheels. A spring compressor will help out ALOT. Auto Zoo rents them.
When I added spring spacers to my 4" springs, I disconnected the sway bar end links, shocks, and dropped one side at a time, removed old spring, install new spring.

rent a coil compressor before you start. You may not need it, but it would not be any fun to get to the point of installing them only to find out you needed the compressors.

Assuming you already have lift coils, you may even need the compressors to get old ones out.
