What up everyone?

So, been cruising this forum for a couple months. Got an 04 TJ the beginning of July. Stoked . Anyway, bought it from a dealership as it was a good deal and as part of the sale they said they would fix the "noisy" throw out bearing for me. I thought it was extra noisy on my test drive, hadn't been in a Jeep for a while. They ended up replacing the bearing and pilot bearing and since they were in there, i had them throw in a new clutch. After that, started getting a knock under drivers side floorboard and I took it to the dealership to get it diagnosed, told me they can't find anything loose but swaybar links were bad, which i knew, so i had those replaced. Anyway, was reading about the floor board knock, seemed it could be the TC linkage. It is. Moving slow, it knocks, pulled the lever up a couple hairs and it stopped. So I will fix that myself soon. Anyway, great forum, lots of help, and I am glad to be a TJ owner. Sorry for long post.
Matt

Welcome back to the obsession. Can't help with the knock, but I'm sure some of the astute wrench monkeys will be able to set you in the right direction.....I know they have helped me!!
