New here Tune up help

Ok this is my first Jeep and I bought a 2000 se 2.5 l. It was 98,000 miles on it and I would really like to get a good tune uP. I have read many different forums and they all say different stuff.
First should I change the diff. and tranny fluids?
What type of fluids should I use?
Whats the best spark plugs to use?

Any other suggestions?

if your fluids show signs of water or dirt.....change.......... i like regular NGK's can't stand Platnum or Iridium plugs......Motorcraft is known as the Million mile plug but i still like the NGK's......i'm sure you'll get a few hundred answers from this post
