new jeep owner. 97 TJ help?

I am a noob to jeeps and i recently bought a 97 tj with a 3 inch lift and 31x10.50 Bfg AT's. Its a 4 cyl 5 speed and i was wondering if you guys would help me out with some suggestions on parts to put in it for a little more torque and a good set of reasonably price mud tires or swampers. And how big of a tire can the stock motor on stock gears and no lockers push through rough terrain. And suggestions at all or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

You are already over your limit for tire size for the 4cyl with stock gears.
