New jeep owner had a few questions?

I heard its best to be at a complete stop before shifting into 4H or 4L the owners manuel say to be rolling at leasat 2-5 MPH. Which is better?

I am looking to lift it about 3-4 inches which would be the best lift kit to run with?

You can shift into 4H while the vehicle is moving, typically no faster then 35mph.

As for shifting into 4L, your usually better off at a complete stop and sometimes even calls for being in neutral or park on the tranny. I have a manual so I'm usually in N when shifting into 4L.

Lift kits, it depends on the type of wheeling you plan on doing, cause that helps determine lift size and which kindof kit to get.
