I just got an 2001 Tj about 2 months ago and right now it has a 2 inch body lift, I've been thinking about switching it to a 3-4 inch suspension lift, it has 32" tires on it. Just wondering what size of a lift I should get with it being functional for off road but still looking good. I was thinking of going with one of the rough country's lifts. Please help me out! Thanks!
I would recommend the zone 4.25" lift! It's a 3" suspension lift and only 1.25" body lift. Whatever you do I wouldn't go with rough country. I hear the shocks leak and springs will sag over time.
X2 here, stay away from rough country. The ride is worse than stock and sags quickly. I have seen a lot of them and just a year later they will get replaced with a good lift.
X3. Stay away from the bottom shelf (skyjacker, rough county, etc). Zone is the best bang for your buck. Maybe BDS after that or spend a bit more & move onto OME.
