New Needs Some Help...Electric Prob in NY

Hi all, Just got a 98 sahara 4.0 with 167k miles on the clock, the car is mint, very little rust, looks like a 60k mile car. I bought the car at a dealer auction for 4000 dollars, figured i was getting a good deal. I drove the car home 200+ miles and engine and clutch seem great. the car is having electric prob's. Everything is reversed, when i turn the right signal on the left will go on etc...Not sure if this is a common problem and if its an easy fix or if there is someone in the NY/LI area that might be able to check it out. If not im going to sell the car for what i got it for. after auction fees and a new battery im into the car for 4350. If there is anyone looking for a really clean 98 sahara pm and we can chat, youll be getting a steal.

First thing it's not a car it's a jeep. If there are taillight guards on it remove them. They are known for creating bad grounds and causing very very erratic light problems.
