Hahaha........I have a silver Wrangler and I want mine painted Corvette orange. I keep waiting for the next hail storm to come through and wipe out this paint, but all I'm getting are tiny dents that don't amount to much. Maybe next Spring will bring me golfball sized hail to ensure the next paintjob!!!!

That is going to take alot of crayons...so 7 to 10 years sounds about right.

On the main Wrangler Forum page about the middle, there are the "state" threads. Check into your state section and post up about any "good painters" or what not.

You'll have members locally to you to answer you "local" shop questions.

I was thinking about painting my jeep with tintable bedliner. I saw a rave green GTI painted in that stuff, and it looked great.

Before:

During:

After:

I'd love to do this, but in a different color. Maybe I'll do it in the same color I have for now. The guy on vwvortex said it's very durable, and since then a few others have done it. It can get pretty thick depending on how much you spray on. It filled in the recess of his hatch handle lol.

It's not mine. I found it on vwvortex. (I used to own an '03 GTI until my friend was kind enough to try and run from the polizei to avoid a ticket and flipped it 3 times, hit a few trees, and land it in a ditch.. with me in the passenger's seat)

But it's a tintable bedliner spray. Searching using google, there are a few companies that make it.
