New problem lifting my 01

Ok I posted earlier about the trac bar. I guess I have to remove it completely to add the bracket extension. I went iut and tried robremove tje bolt from thw frame side and it wont budge, i got the nut off by removing the jounce bumper and cup again, which brought up a new issue,,, the rubber piece or whtevwr iys made of really dont look all that healthy, where can i buy new ines at i might as well replace em while the springs are off..... Also how do I get that bolt out of the frame side of the trac bar.
