New Rampage

Hey Just put on my Rampage bowless top yesterday Not bad install, but I have one question. Anyone have the bestop drill-less channel? Does it look right, I can't seem to make it seat like bestop shows in their instructions. Reason I ask, I love the top, but on hwy sounds like it's gonna blow off Kind of unnerving Any hints, or does it look right?

I'm actually interested in this as well. I've been looking to sell my hardtop and use the money for a soft rampage, but only if it's worth the money and is a good year-round top.

looks good but i got a few ?? for ya. In the market for a soft top(have hard now) and on amazon this one and the frame type are roughly the same cost. I have to wonder-if you are out and want to take it off, is it stowable(easily)? With the frame one , just fold it back and stores in it's own boot. My problem is this one is in black(what i want-red jeep w/blk slider doors) and the foldable is tan. Could get this one or wait and see if amazon gets the frame type in blk. I'm a 2 week newb (aniversy today ) and finding the correct top required is quit a challenge (complete w/o having to buy a ton of extra stuff) can't beleive the amount of after market 'goodies' avaible out there-you name it-some one makes it.

I can't help with the header, other than to say, I don't think it looks right...

As far as taking them all the way off, I don't think that's really as good an option as just running bikini style. From what I understand they are bulky, and awkward to remove completely. Doable, but it's not something you'd want to do for a few hours every day on those beautiful fall days... (Your mileage may vary...) Be cautious of what you're buying if you get a full top for that price... It's likely junk. Bestop makes the factory tops and they work very well, last a long time (mines almost 10 yrs old) and are easy to use. But they are $. Smittybuilt and the like have a less than stellar reputation for a reason.
