New shocks?

I run cheep Full Traction Hydro-shocks on my Jeep. I have a short arm (lots of parts from different manufactures) lift that is about 4" tall. I have a Detroit locker in the rear and I get a lot of jacking in the rear under acceleration. Would some better shocks fix this or is it something else. Lots of people tell me to get a long arm upgrade to fix it, but I just don't have the money for that right now. What do you guys think.

2013 Wrangler 2D, 3.6L, Automatic, 3.73 Gears, Limited slip in the rear, Teraflex 2" lift, 285/75/16 tires, LOD bumper & 8K winch, 2M Ham radio.

What do you mean by "jacking" in the rear?

If you go with different shocks buy the Rancho 9000 adjustables. I picked mine up for just over $60 on after a Rancho rebate. I love being able to adjust them to my driving.
2000 Sahara, 3.5" Rubicon Express Lift, 1" spring spacer & 1" Body Lift, 33" or 35" BFG Mud tires, Front & Rear ARB, Rancho 9000 shocks, UCF Ultra High Belly Up, Savvy gas tank skid.
