Exclamation New Shocks for a stock 2003 Rubi

It appears that I must have the only stock Rubi on earth since everyone else modify s. Any recommendations? I am not planning on doing any lifting of the body or frame for now.

(I am starting to learn that a jeep is an enjoyable hobby that you continually put money into)(it never ends...)

Three very popular choices of quality, off road performance, and smooth-ride are Bilstein 5100, Rancho RS9000, and OME Nitros.

I'm using a set of Napa Reflex monotubes on my 03 rubi. They have to look them up for a rubicon and not just a TJ. The napa catalog shows a different shock for each application. The catalog may also list them as Sensatrac, but they are not sensatracs. Sensatrac's have a different variable valving set up that wears out prematurely. These are an inertia valved shock and they seem to work very well on my jeep.

As I work in a napa store the price was right for me. If they're priced similar to the other 3 recommended for you, then you may want to go with the others.
