New shocks to be installed.

Ok last question before keep goes to welder. I have the ballistic three in one lower rear coil mounts to hold the coils and the new hardware for new shocks. I'm afraid when I take the old shocks out that the upper screw mounts are going to be to rusty to install my new 5100s. The upper coil buckets are still good but thought about doing a combo bracket there as well but can't find one. Ballistic doesn't make one. I am having the rear frame welded in the two spots on it and the body arms remounted. Then my jeep will be perfect. The rest of the jeep is rust free. Any suggestions for remounting shocks if the top is too rusty.
