New tj owner

Hi I'am new to this jeep thing, what are the arms that go from the frame to the axles on the front and back of my tj, bushings are shot. someone told me they didn't make the replacement bushings any longer and I would have to upgrade to the new style armes. any info would be great. thanks.

I'm going to guess you're talking about the control arms, you have uppers and lowers front and rear.

As far as I know you can still get stock replacements from most auto parts srores. Maybe I'm wrong.

Yea, you are talking about the control arms, and they do still make the bushings for them. I just ordered Energy Suspension front and rear sets from Quadratec. They were like $150 all together.

That being said, adjustable control arms with JJ's are a much better way to go, also more expensive. I just bought the bushings to buy some time until i purchase my lift with new control arms and JJ's.
