New to Jeeps&Site- CHaRaCTeR fLaWS- My TJ needs some love!

Im new to Jeeps! I bought my first one yesterday. I bought it with some character flaws, and I was hoping somebody out there has experience with my problems! My hardtop rear glass is broken out, and the right hinge was driven into the hardtop. It is outside getting rained in right now. I was wondering what the best way to go about fixing it is? The other main concern is the door. It is a full hard door, but the locking mechanism is missing. Any idea where to buy another? Can I put it in myself? I appreciate any responses!

I am including pictures...

PS please let me know if I put this thread in the right place. Never been on a forum before.

Thanks!

Yeah looks like a TJ from the doors... I've never had doors... Or a hard top hahaha but some peace of mind the jeeps gonna be ok in the rain!! I've been in a Texas downpour with no top and no doors just make sure to pull out the drain plugs tomorrow or when it stops raining and let all the water drain out. They are under the carpet!

This Site is Awesome

Haha thanks! Its actually Rhino Lined so no carpet! This site is pretty sweet. I have always wanted a Jeep my whole life, now I have one and being able to interact with the Jeep community is a really cool experience. Thanks for replying! Hopefully somebody knows something about these problems... I bought it with a 6 inch RC lift. I didnt quite know what I was getting into yesterday but it has only made me more inclined to learn about it... Hows the trails in TX?

Well I've only had my jeep almost a year so I'm still building it. Also I'm I college so it's going slower than I'd like. BUT it gives me time to go back and forth 100 times on my decisions until I figure out what I really want haha. There are a few Offroading parks near me. But it's mostly finding... Or cutting down overgrown old trails that we find!
