New to Jeeps need advise please

I purchased my first jeep which is a used 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 2 door. I want to lift it using 2.5" Progressive spring/shocks combo and add 33" tires to my already 15" wheels. There are 31" tires on there now and my issue is this. Right now my jeep rides good meaning no shake no alignment issues. I have been reading that by lifting it I may run into issues like alignment, shaking at higher speeds and rougher rides. Are these issues I will have to work out once I put these additions on?

Thanks in advance

Make sure when you do the lift all ball joints are good front end alignment is right and wheels are balanced and depending on the type tires you should not have an issue.
