New to me Jeep.

This is my first Wrangler, but not my first Jeep. I don't think I did too bad on it. I got it for just over $16k.

Used 2006 Jeep Wrangler X 4X4 w/Kenwood CD For Sale - 6P787783 | Marysville OH | Serving Columbus, Bellefontaine, Marion

I'll take some pictures of my own later, but for now that should do.

Any recommendations on good bumpers?

Pretty red! Nice jeep. I like rokmen.com or poison spyder for bumpers myself.

Check the opda and keep an eye on that 6 speed, I'd change the fluid, i have two that get a little tight shifting now and then. Should have changed my fluid at 30k versus 60k.

Congratulations on your new jeep. I like my body armour bumper. Reasonably priced and rear bumper can be upgraded to be a tire carrier if you plan on larger tires in the future.

Congrat's! It looks good!
What are your plans for her?

Have you thought about painting the flares & headlight bezels?

I don't mind the headlight bezels, but there won't be any more chrome than that. I think some forever black on the flares should bring them back pretty good, so that's probably the route I'll take there.

I think it's about right for me as far as the lift goes (I think it's about 2") but some tires are probably in my future, along with matching spare. Aside from that, no major plans for the time being. I'd like a real oil pressure gauge, but if it's more than just swapping to the older style sending unit it's probably not something I'll do until later.
