New top installed!

Well, some of you may have seen some of the posts about me debating to sell my 2 piece hardtop...

i got a little tipsy yesterday and sold it to a guy in Colorado Springs and ended up picking up a new Trektop NX (black diamond with tinted windows)

here are a few pics after the install!

Overall the install was easy...minus the gosh damn satans spawn rear window...

Yippee!

We appreciate the support. But I also think it's awesome that you were able to grab one of these in the Springs, without waiting. I guess that means we're really catching up with TJ demand.

Well...i got it at the 4 wheel parts in denver...

but to be honest, i ordered it awhile ago and they called me about 3-4 weeks ago to let me know it was in.

So when i sold my hardtop yesterday, i just went over and asked if they still had the top i ordered and brought it right up from the back haha...

Not sure if they had any "in stock"

and you're welcome...i love it so far and dont regret selling the hardtop at all. Especially because i'm able to flip the sunrider and its pretty much identical to the 2 piece Hardtop. Only thing i notice as of now is that its much louder inside than the hardtop but that was expected.

Very nice. I want to pick up a black one to replace mine, its ripping, rear zippers don't work etc but I don't have the dough right now, and I won't be working as much with school and football starting up... I guess I will be saving

It looks like a good fit tho, very nice.

Yeah, man...it fits awesome. Its super tight.

Its also nice how you can just take the windows out and use it as a safari top or can flip the front portion as a sunrider top.

Definitely a good purchase and glad i went with it...zero regrets sellin the hardtop

Yeah it def looks nice, I would need to buy soft windows to match as well, that is the only issue. I figure I wont get a new top for a while. I think I am just going to take a thread and needle to my rear window and sew it shut lol... poor me.

Hell, thats what i'd do lol...

I needed the extra money at the moment which is why i was adamant about selling the hardtop...

Sold it for 1,275...bought the new one for 579...used the rest of the money and paid my credit card off for the month since i let it get a little higher than normal (i dont carry a balance on my credit card and let it get to 600 this month).

So thats what i used it for...plus i just got a new place so had to pay the fees for it and also need a new bed.

Like i said, glad i did it lol...

i'm poor too, btw lol...its ok

Its nice because its quiet...i think my overall favorite part of the hardtop is the rear window which actually opens and having glass windows all around.

Still though, this top has a lot more positives for me than the 2 piece hardtop did...
