New Trans... Anyone know the cheapest way and price?

I need a new transmission. It's not done for yet, I'm actually going to a mudbog this Saturday and the dunes next week. But sometimes it is hard to shift into 1st and grinds when shifting into reverse. Anyone know the cheapest way to fix this? I have the stock 5 speed manual on the 4.0L. My Jeep is also doing over 200hp, time to upgrade?

Just looking for any advice.

Is it a problem with your trans or your clutch?

What could be wrong with it?
