cool & congratulations! rocker gaurd protection, diff covers, steering, bumpers, tires, wheels... stuff like that is where a lot of people start with the upgrades

also see if you can find a local jeep club and go on a few runs with them. Thats how I started... I took my jeep stock and went on a few trail runs and I quickly began seeing where I needed to start with the upgrades

Welcoem to WF

first thing you need to learn is to do the jeep wave, wave at every jeep you see!

and my suggestion would be to wheel it stock, i know its painful you want to go out and get stuff!
it all depends on what kinda stuff you think you like, if you go out and you like mud, get lift tires boggers and a winch, if you like rocks, get lockers, and lots of armour and then get lift and tires,

my suggestion though would be 1.front locker, 2.3" susp lift and 32's 3.oil/tranny skid

by the time u get all that stuff and wheel it and look thorugh your q tec catalogue and posts here youll know what u wanna do next

Research everything. Don't be like me and buy something you'll only regret.

This is always a tough question.

I agree with the previous post, hook up with a local club, wheel it stock, and watch what the others do. If anything when you wheel it stock first you appreciate the mods you do to it much more.

And what to get always comes down to one small detail...

$$$

What is your budget?

If you have $500 set aside, you might get away with a puck body lift and some 31's. However, if you have $5000...then we can talk

One bit of advice tho: never sum all that you spend over the process. And certainly don't tell the wife. (I've personally got more in it in add ons than it cost to buy it new. )
