It sounds pretty good based on the info you provided, but you really need to check it out and compare it to other Wranglers so you get an idea of what to be looking for.
I remember the first Wrangler I looked at had a great interior, but upon closer inspection looked like is spend a week at the bottom of the ocean. Basically it had bad rust corrosion from salted roads.
So just look it over carefully, look for fluid leaks, etc so you know what you are getting into if you gut tells you to buy it.
The good news is that Wranglers are fun and pretty easy to work on.
