Newbe to install keyless entries

Going to install keyless door locks on my 2005 Rubi. Want to know if anyone else has installed these locks on their TJ>

Pretty straight foward install. Just keep the linkage rods short as possible, to prevent flexing.

I got power locks in mine. They work fine.


I also have power windows.


With a quick disconnect cable.

I have a tuffy center console a security alarm to disengage the starting system I don't lock the doors I put a sign the doors are unlocked don't cut the top nothing worth stealing.

Hey TheTJRod - Install looks great. What quick disconnects did you use?

Did you install keyless entry too? Do you hook your dome light up to the keyless?
My instructions warn me from hooking up to the dome light (depending on the dome light type) without a relay. I can't figure out what type of dome light circuit TJs have.

X2 except a .44spl, .40, and .380. And yes, all @ the same time! Texas chl doest limit what you can carry as long as its concealed. God Bless Texas!
