There are a couple 2" lifts on www.quadratec.com that look pretty nice.

Most people will tell you a 2" lift via new coils is the "better" way to go... but you'll spend a little more money doing it that way. As a heads up, some people report seeing a little more than 2" of lift when they install new springs.

Installing the 2" spring spacers certainly costs less--and it'll still ride like stock--so it is much more common. It also won't lift you more than 2", period. I am currently running a 2" BB lift on my TJ because I intend to eventually lift it higher and upgrade to 35" tires; the BB was an economical way to help me "get by" with my 31" tires for now.

Hope this helps.

If you are just staying with 30's then why not a 1 or 1.25" body lift. They are cheap and easy to install. This would give you a bit more lift and would make room for rokmen skids later if you decide to go with more mods. It will also save you a front end alignment!

Are body lifts as stable and how much work is it to install?

A lot easiest than new springs and shocks. Just loosen the bolts, don't remove them all at once! Then work your way around. Some issues include fan shroud adjusting, motor mount lift but generally pretty easy.

Jks 1.25 body lift is easier than putting gas in your jeep. And effects absoloutly nothing in ride quality. Do the mml also

Yeah. The body lift is easy. And mml isn't a must just keeps you from moving the fan shroud around. It's not hard to do, really.
