Nice TJ Unlimited AEV Brute Conversion

There was a nice TJ Unlimited AEV Brute conversion sitting at the 4 Wheel Parts in Raleigh, NC this week. This thing was sweet.

A Brute conversion has an extended wheelbase and separate bed, that is just a regulaar TJ with a half-cab. Still looks badass though.

Nope, definitely not a Brute. That's the half-top from a company (can't remember the name) out of NC that makes the Hard half-top for the LJ. It looks great but it ain't cheap, it's about the same price as a new full hard top.

Here is my AEV Brute. Note the enclosed cab and independent bed. Awesome Jeep! One of my favorite Jeep's ever. Sorry for the poser shots in the garage.

I have heard that when you cut the back end of the roll cage. the body flexes at full flex and you can have problems. Just what I have heard
