No Start

My wife went out to move my Jeep today and it will not start. Its got plenty of voltage and all the gauges are working but it wont do anything. No starter click... acts just like the clutch is not being depressed.

Just put a Fuse in the Clutch Interlock Switch and it still doesn't start. But I can hear a clicking sound from that area.

Did you try pressing the clutch over ride switch???? Oh wait... that is on my Yota......

I would suspect an issue with battery.....loose terminal...corrosion.....lack of charge....etc.....

Turn on headlights and then try starting...... do headlights go out or get VERY dim??? Charge issue..... if not.....connection/corrosion issue....

is it a stick shift ?if it is the bendix could be jammed in the flywheel .put it in 3rd gear and rock it back and forth and if its jammed you will hear it pop out . then turn the key . i just read it ,it is a stick ,try what i said

Here they go again, assuming it's something complicated, expensive, or lots of work.

Do what b3c said with the headlights. Most likely it's a cable connection. You said plenty of juice - you mean it has 12 volts - or did you check that the starter can draw 200 amps at 12 volts?
If the lights severely dim with no click it proves it's a connection or bad battery.

If it's stuck starter you'd still hear the solenoid click.

Problem ended up being the electronics in my key switch.
