No white smoke.

So i added seafoam in my intake manifold, added 1/2 the can, normal process, had another person rev up the engine while i did it and let it sit for a bit after i added it. Got in to do the white smoke process and nothing was happening. Possibly just a clean engine? Its a 97' tj with 157k miles. Not sure why it didnt smoke like it was supose to.

Not quite the "normal" process I'm afraid.
With your bud revving the engine, most of the Seafaom went right out the tail pipe, probably just as fast as you were pouring it in.

Warm engine, idling, and give it a 1/2 pint in one of the vacuum tubes. Shut it off and let sit 5 minutes or so. Then start it up and kill all the mosquitoes in the neighborhood.

The seafoam spray type says to rev engine while spraying into TB.

No problem, I didn't see which type he was using.
I took it as the liquid version as he posted he added it to the intake.
