Noises after lift

My friend lifted his 4cyl 6 speed TJ this weekend. And now he has several noise issues.
It is a zone lift. I believe it is the 3" suspension 1" body and 1"mm lift.

Noise one came after his body lift. Said it is coming from under his feet around shifter for tcase. Everything is tight. He put on a drop bracket for the shifter on the tub. Everything is tight. It makes a "clunking noise".

And he has a napping sound from the rear after he did the suspension lift. It occurs during acceleration. Everything is also tight and torqued properly. Was thinking ujoints?

And then finally he has a loud clunking sound in drivers front area when the 4x4 is engaged. Everything is tight and tourqed. It is a horrible loud sound.

He does have a busted motor mount. I told him that may be causing some of the issues. He has ordered new ones. Also he has
Not put on the mm lift yet. He was waiting on then mm he ordered to arrive. I am thinking maybe this is the culprit of some noises
In the rear.

Any ideas what we should check? He did put in new hub bearings. Adjustable front track bar, new springs, new shocks

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like his TC linkage is binding and knocking on the tub. Did he adjust the linkage after the BL? I couldn't because of all the corrosion so I just got a cable shifter which is a better design that stock anyway.

He adjusted it Said that's when the noise under neath started. Should take the sift linkage apart and try remounting it?

Did it come with a drop bracket at all? Should be a rectangular bracket with a bunch of holes in it. I remember reading about a mod to the bracket where a notch is cut into it to stop the knocking but I never tried it.

Does he have a SYE or Transfer case drop? with a 3" suspension and 1" body you will defiantly need a SYE or transfer case drop...

Yes it came with a drop bracket. He has it on. It looks fine Maybe have him take it back apart and reinstall the bracket?

He did not do a SYE or TC drop.
He has the zone 4.25 lift. I believe it is a 3" suspension and 1.25 body Said done told him with a 1" motor mount lift he wouldn't need to drop the TC.
I imagine he will need a SYE or a TC drop. I did a TC drop on my YJ and have no issues so far

While a SYE is always the way to go with any lift, a Novak TC cable shifter is the way to get rid of the noise cheaper. Then you can save up for the SYE/CV driveshaft and rear adjustable control arms.
