You can't beat the OE ignition wire set available at the dealership. Quality-wise, aftermarket ignition wiring sets are way too hit or miss. Many even cause noise on your AM or CB radio.
Distributor cap and rotor-wise, stick with those with brass contacts. Cheaper caps and rotors use aluminum which wears much faster.
Spark plug-wise, it'd be real hard to beat the Champion 3034 or Autolite AP985. Both are single-tipped platinum plugs which will last right at 100K miles. Both are superb plugs.
And a big welcome to WF.
