Nutserts!!!!!! Please help me

PLEASE HELP. I did a search and found many posts on transfer case nutsert installation but none of them gave the exact dimensions and size of the nutserts. I'm looking on mcmaster carr's website and found them, but do not know what size to get. please if anyone knows the correct size for the open end ones on that website or another website please help. Thanks

What year? Supposedly 12mm for 03-06 and 1/2 for 97-02.

6035739 is the part # for 97-02 1/2
6506629AA is for 03-06 M12

Around 10 bucks each at the dealer.

Edit: Those are dealr part numbers.

1/2-13
95105A172 is the McMaster PN of the ones I got and used

It helps to do a tack weld to help them from spinning if you have access to a welder, I got 4 of them no problem then the last two started spinning borrowed a cheap welder and finished em off.

97 Although really the year doesnt matter as much as the size of the bolt you will put in. The OP has a 2002 so it should be the same as me however its best to check the bolt you are going to use and get that size when replacing hardware with non OEM hardware then there is no worries or questions
