Probably 2.
Depends where you got the jeep from.
I believe California Jeeps have 4.

best thing to do is look at the exhaust system and count them, this is the diagram to help locate them.

Next question may be absurd, but do I purchase 2 of each kind or is it a 3 in 1 kind of set up?

There are four stop separate part numbers:

NTK Part # 23139 Upstream Front
NTK Part # 23142 Downstream Front
NTK Part # 23138 Upstream Rear
NTK Part # 23141 Downstream Rear

Get them at Rockauto.

Can someone please match these part numbers to the numbers in the diagram above?

Thanks!

If you go to rokauto website they will give you the position of each ntk o2 sensor upstream' downstream, left and right in the product description. I got my 4 about 6 months ago. What it boils down to is upstream and downstream are 2 different types of sensors and all 4 have different length wiring pigtails.

Thanks!
