OEM Bottle Jack

I just realized that I have no tire jack in my jeep.

Before I buy one though, since I have a 3" body lift, will the oem jack still work or do I need to find something different? Would love to go back to the OEM because of the mounting bracket under the seat and out of the way.

Thanks

The body lift does not affect the operation of the OEM bottle jack. Furthermore, it can successfully allow you to change tires as large as 37" in diameter.

the 'bottle jack' is for lifting up your axle to get the tire off the ground. Doesn't lift the 'body' except that when the axle goes up, the body goes with it. If you were local I'd give you my OEM bottle jack-never been used or taken off the bracket...I have a 12 ton 'hydralic' bottle jack that is much faster and more stable. Used it many times, only once on my own rig!
