I have one that came with my '04 TJ. It fits behind the rear seat, not under the seat as stated in the auction description. It makes a nice closed trunk, but you lose about half the space behind the rear seat. I am barely able to stow my laptop in there. It is mounted on hinges, so you can fold it forward when hauling large items. The problem is that the speaker grille hits the rear seatbelt floor brackets when folded flat. That is what caused the dents in the grille in the picture. My subwoofer was dry-rotted, so I have disconnected it for now. I hear that is fairly common with the OEM subwoofers.

Thanks, I've never seen one before.

Unfortunatelly there are limited funds in the TJ project jar at the moment and I need a new top before anything..
