OEM TJ Wheel Upgrade

I am running the stock steelies that came on my TJ 2.5 5spd.

Thinking of going to look at these.
Jeep Ravine Wheels
According to the Specs thread the Ravine's have these specs:
* 15x8 aluminum
* 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern
* Backspacing = 5.5"
* Optional wheel with 30" tire package
* Offset = +25 mm

My steelie stockers run these specs:
* 15x7 steel
* 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern
* Backspacing = 5.5"
* Offset = +38 mm

Do you guys see any issues?
I have newer Cooper Destination 235/75/15's that I really like that I probably would run.

Does the price /w tires seem reasonable? I think I have seen a similar combo for sale locally for $500 in the past so I am clueless. I think I might try to get the rims only, what would a good price be for just the rims?

Thanks guys, just looking for a nice little upgrade over the old steelies.

You could always paint. New wheels for $12. And throw the money into something else..like a lift.
