You don't sound like your ready for awsome yet go try mild like some dunes first and don't go alone unless you have a winch. It's more fun with someone else along. Have you tried to find a local Jeep club? They will know all the good spots.

^^^ Agreed

Also, i've been out of the offroad game for awhile (just picked up my SE a week ago) and my last 4x4 was about 5 years ago but me and some friends would look up the class d roads online which would give us great spots to hit n have some fun...those are always "mild" but a ton of fun and lots of mud after a rain

That vid is the first trail I ever went down offroad. The point is get with more experianced Jeepers and they will show you how to have a good time and be safe. They'll know the area and being with others is the safest way. You get out by yourself and you have to do all the screwups yourself to learn what not to do. The biggest plus is you can film everyone else it's great.

He busted a D60 shaft and had to limp back. All he had at that point was 2wd, the front. A mile late on the way to his trailer he lost one of the unnies on the front and had to limp in with 1 wd.
