oh what to do?

So this week has been a bad week for the Jeep. My front pinion seal is leaking a lot worse than it was when i first discovered it was leaking. My T-case is leaking. A new strange click has randomly come up when it downshifts from 2nd to 1st. and just today another god dang sound started. the best way i can describe it is it sounds like a train coming to stop, or a sort of growling sound coming from the back end of the jeep. It started happening this morning i didnt think it was my jeep at first but it definatly is. It happens when coming to a stop just like the click noise. The dang Jeep has so much that needs to be fixed that im debating weather or not its even worth forking up all the cash to do the repairs or sell it and buy a newer tj. Needs the pinion seal, and the leaking tcase, fixed. I need a new fender and floor pan to get rid of some bad rust. the control arm bushings need replaced. it could use some new control arm brackets because the stock ones are rusted a poop. Just hope when i take the shovel off the fram thats hiding under it isnt rotted out if it is thats going to need to be worked on. and i think that it might need some new U joints have angry sparrow problems. Oh and new tires. i think thats about it for everything that needs to be done to be in good working order but who knows its a Jeep. so what do you guys think, is it worth the money to repair everything or keep the money sell current tj and buy a newer tj? What do you guys think it will cost to do all this stuff? (some will need done at a shop). just looking for opinions

If your able to do the work yourself, why not keep it. Me on the other hand,I'm not that mechanically inclined or have the time..good luck.

Eh wish I could do it all lol but I'd have to have someone weld the new brackets and if there something Wrong with the t case or tranny I'd have to have someone do that too. Anyone know what the new sound could be or the click?

I say keep it, you will fork out money for a new one and you never know what issues that one will have in the near future, find a resonable mechanic to help you out and put some money into her..atleast you know what you have..those issues all sound minor its just a death of 1000 cuts..start fixing them IMO.

See how much you could get for a trade in and then get a quote for all of the repairs. It should be easier deciding then.
