Its not the speed its the rpm. But there is no set number for oil pressure if you exceed 80 psi you will start having issues with oil filter and seals. But the main thing is there isnt a sudden change. For exsample you rig always ran around 20psi and all of a sudden its running 60psi and you did nothing to cause it if that happen it there is a good chance a somthing in the oil system got blocked or plugged. Same if it loses 20psi all of a sudden probebly means it low on oil or the is a leak.
Though all the vehicles I have owned I have found Chevrolet runs low on the pressure spectrum 10 to 20 psi for a newer rig is normal and as low as 5psi. Mopar has always ran on the higher end of the spectrom of 30 to 70psi and I dont think ive ever seen one run lower than 30psi. So yours is fine unless there was a sudden change
And no a oxygen sensor wont affect the oil pressure
