Oil seeping from hoses from valve cover to air intake/pcv...blow by?

I have an 06 Wrangler with the 2.4L. I find that oil seeps out of the hoses that go from the valve cover to the air intake and also the pcv. Is this blow by and how to you help this? I've change the pcv and do NOT get oil in my air intake or on the air filter at all. I've also noticed with the Jeep running and the oil cap off you can feel air coming out.

Can you post a pic to show your situation better? Like how much oil. Mine is always wet with oil, but never dripping..

Time for new rubber grommets... After changing mine, even the "wet" spots went away.

The ones that the elbows push into on the valve cover... They will get hard and not provide a seal anymore.

Here's some pics. Sorry for the delay in getting them up. It's not too bad but it's been doing this for a while and I wanted to get it figured out before it gets too bad. I had to use thread tape on the PCV Valve or it leaks a lot worse than it is in the pic.
