Ok More Info On The Lift Kit

I have a 98 Wrangler 4cyl standard with hard top: I want to get a 4inch suspension lift no BODY LIFT but like I said before every where i go they give me random quotes that are extremely different from each other. so i was wondering what all parts are neccesary for a 4inch lift. I am only getting this because we have constant floods in my neighbor hood and i would recieved free 33 inch tires so i needed to get a kit that would fit it but i just need to know what parts are neccesay and what are not.

thank you

I would not recommend the Rough country kit. I've riden in sports cars my entire life and this lift kit is pretty hard for my taste.. also it doesnt flex as much because of that reason..
